Eligibility

Remember you must first apply at PMI (pmi.org) to be eligible to take the exam. Eligibility requirements below:

A Four-Year Degree with the following:

·   36 months of experience leading projects within the past eight years

·   35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® certification

A High School Diploma or Associates Degree with the following

·   60 months of experience leading projects within the past eight years

·   35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® certification

When writing your project management experience, use the PMI terminology. Do not write “I started a project”; instead, state “I initiated a project.” If you have any questions, reach out and I’ll email my application to you for a reference (shawn.m.cook1.mil@army.mil).
